By submitting an initial payment, the client authorizes Burbon Studios and its payment processor to securely retain the payment method and charge it for amounts owed under the client’s agreement. This authorization remains in effect until services are terminated and all outstanding balances have been paid.

Recurring and Usage-Based Charges: The payment method on file may be charged for recurring or ongoing services, including hosting, maintenance, subscriptions, software, platform expenses, approved additional work, overages, and usage-based fees. These charges may be processed reasonably in advance of the upcoming service period based on anticipated usage or upcoming expenses. Charges may vary according to actual usage, services provided, or third-party pricing. An invoice or receipt will be provided for each charge.

Chargebacks and Rebilling: Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or refund does not eliminate the client’s responsibility to pay for authorized services that have already been provided. If a valid payment is disputed, reversed, refunded, or returned, Burbon Studios may re-invoice and charge the authorized payment method on file for the outstanding balance, together with any processing, dispute, return, collection, or reasonable administrative fees incurred. An updated invoice or receipt will be provided for the new charge.

Late or Failed Payments: Late, declined, disputed, reversed, or unpaid charges may result in the delay, suspension, or termination of services. The client remains responsible for all outstanding amounts associated with services already provided, approved, or incurred on the client’s behalf.
